Yum!

The year was 1956 ...
... A tumbledown five hundred year old castle had been restored and in that year began to produce one of the most popular brands of potato crisps.  There's a potted history of the County Armagh building on the Tayto website.
Cheese and Onion flavour was the first Tayto brand and, for this writer at least, has remained the best loved of all.  At least ten flavours are available now ... and many different styles of crisp.  Nowadays the lonely and hungry expatriate can have them delivered to their door through the 'magic' of internet sales.
The brain has seized up this evening and I think the only thing to do is go to bed!  Goodnight blog readers, sorry it is so short today!

As pants the hart for cooling streams
when heated in the chase,
so longs my soul, O God, for thee,
and thy refreshing grace.
